[1]All individuals, entities or others who requested a certified copy of a vital record from the Township shall pay a copying charge of $5 per page for each copy. Said copying charge shall be payable to the Harmony Township Clerk at the time the copies are obtained.

Any public record for which a request for a certified copy is made shall be subject to release and/or redaction by the Township in accordance with the Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

A labor charge of $100 per hour per laborer will be charged for all DPW call-outs, including but not limited to overgrown weed and brush removal pursuant to § 235-1 et seq.

A. 
The Tax Collector shall provide any party entitled to redeem a tax sale certificate two redemption calculations within a calendar year at no cost. A fee of $50 will be charged for any additional requests made in that calendar year. The fee must be paid prior to the redemption figures being released. The fee may not be passed onto the certificate.
B. 
All requests for redemptions must be made in writing to the Tax Collector. The lien holder must specify the date to be used for calculation.
C. 
The Tax Collector shall charge to the assessed owner of any property on the advertised municipal tax sale list a fee of $25 per notice sent.

In the event that a check is returned for insufficient funds, the Township may charge the person a fee of $20 for each returned check.
