The County may direct the procurement of construction manager-at-risk
construction services, as authorized by Section 67.5050, RSMo., on
a project-by-project basis. The County Council may approve, by consent
agenda item, the services to be procured, the procedures for procurement,
and the construction manager-at-risk method, consistent with Section
67.5050, RSMo., to meet the requirements of the specific County project.
