The purpose of this chapter is to adopt the Minimum Standards of Performance
for Local Health Departments as prescribed by the Public Health Council of
the New Jersey Department of Health (copies to be on file in the Township
Clerk's office) and to adopt by reference various state codes establishing
certain standards and regulations to promote the health and welfare of the
citizens of the Township.
The Township Committee shall be responsible for the enforcement of any
standards or regulations contained herein. This responsibility may be delegated
to any responsible health enforcement agency by resolution of the Township
Committee.
