The Board of Trustees of the Village of West Haverstraw does hereby
elect to provide the Career Retirement Plan of § 75-g of the Retirement
and Social Security Law, as presently or hereafter amended, for employees
of participating employers.
This election shall become effective with the payroll period beginning
March 1, 1971.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of West Haverstraw does hereby
elect to provide the benefits of §§ 41k, 43g, 60-b and 70-i
of the State Retirement and Social Security Law; and § 243, Subdivision
4, of the Military Law, and all presently or hereafter amended.
This election shall become effective with the payroll period beginning
on the first day of March 1971.
