Village of West Haverstraw, NY Chapter 229 Train Obstructions

§ 229-1 Railroad trains remaining in Village.

Railroad trains shall not remain in the Village longer than necessary for the passage of a train.

§ 229-2 Penalties for offenses. [1]

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days, or both.
