The Firemen's Relief Association of Huntingdon Valley,
Pennsylvania, is hereby recognized by the Road Supervisors of Lower
Moreland as an organization formed for the purpose of maintaining
an association for beneficial and protective purposes to its members
and their families in case of death, sickness, temporary or permanent
disability or accident from the funds collected therein.
The aforesaid Firemen's Relief Association of Huntingdon
Valley, Pennsylvania, of Lower Moreland Township is hereby designated
by the Supervisors of Lower Moreland Township as the proper association
to receive such funds as are due and payable to the Township Treasurer
by the Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from the 2% tax
on premiums from foreign fire insurance companies.
There is hereby annually appropriated from the Township treasury
all such sums of money that may hereafter be paid into aforesaid Township
treasury by the Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on account
of taxes paid on premiums of foreign fire insurance companies in pursuance
of an Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided.
