GENERAL REFERENCES
Fees compilation — See Ch. A445.
The owner of any building or structure seeking
to convert the same to a condominium or cooperative shall pay a fee
in the amount of $50 for each dwelling unit contained in the building
or structure in order to defray the administrative services required
by the Senior Citizens and Disabled Protected Tenancy Act, Public
Law 1981, Chapter 226.[1]

A governmental organization receiving financial
support from the Township or the Parsippany-Troy Hills Board of Education
may apply to the Township Council for an exemption from the payment
of any fees established by the Township. The Council may exempt such
organization or the Board of Education from the payment of certain
fees by resolution. The exemption shall not apply to any fees collected
by the Township on behalf of the state, Department of Community Affairs
or any other public agency.

The following fees or charges are hereby established:
A.
Issuance of well construction permit (Health Department):
$25.
B.
Fingerprinting (police): $10 per set (persons under
the age of 18 are exempt from this charge).
C.
Issuance of good conduct letter (Police): $ 10.
E.
Issuance of duplicate tax sale certificate: $100.
H.
Division
of Zoning, Planning Board and Board of Adjustment research. Research
that entails extraordinary effort on behalf of the public agency:
$25 per property.
