Notwithstanding any provisions of the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, as referred to in Article I, § 134-1, of this chapter, in the event of any conflict between the requirements of § 134-1 hereof and any other provision in this code then, and in that event, the stricter requirement shall apply as shall be determined by the Inspector of Plumbing.
