for the safe conduct of safe excavation and shall indemnify and hold
harmless the Incorporated Village of Lindenhurst, its agencies, agents
and/or employees from any claims arising from the excavation.

shall be clearly marked as restricted, and the Plumbers' Board shall
clearly set forth the type(s) of work permitted under such licenses.
The procedures, duration, fees and restrictions on such restricted
licenses shall be the same as for any other Village plumbing license.[1]
