A.
The applicant shall complete the application form
currently in use, which shall be submitted to the Village Building
Department.
B.
The Village Building Department shall review the application
to determine if the existing legal grade is correct or if a waiver
or other action is advisable.
C.
If the grade is legal and presents no unusual problems,
then the grade shall be given by the Building Department to the applicant.
D.
If, in the opinion of the Village Building Department,
the grade is not correct or would create a problem, it shall transmit
a copy of the survey and its recommendation to the Village Board for
determination.
