The local laws, ordinances and resolutions of the Village of Pittsford of a general and permanent nature adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pittsford on 3-14-1989, as revised, codified and consolidated into chapters, articles and sections by General Code Publishers Corp. as set forth below, and as renumbered to consist of Chapters 1 through 210, together with an Appendix, are hereby approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as the "Code of The Village of Pittsford," hereafter known and referred to as the "Code."

The provisions of this local law are declared to be severable, and if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or part thereof is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of any remaining sections, subsections, clauses or part of this local law.
All local laws or parts of local laws inconsistent or in conflict with this local law are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.
This local law will take effect upon filing as provided by law.
