[Adopted 3-14-1989 as Ch.
18, Art. III, of the 1989 Code]
Pursuant to the authority granted to this Village Board of Trustees
by Subdivision 2 of § 3-300 of the Village Law, this Board of Trustees
determines and establishes as the residency requirement for any village officer
hereafter appointed be any place within the County of Monroe.
