A. 
The Village of Pittsford, New York, is hereby authorized to establish a Publicity Fund of money contributed from its general revenue, to be expended to help support programs, events, activities, decorations and products which promote and advertise the general and commercial welfare of the village, and to be used for the purpose of publicizing and promoting the Village of Pittsford, Pittsford, Monroe County, New York.
B. 
The amount of money to be contributed to said Publicity Fund shall be in an amount approved by the Board of Trustees from time to time.
C. 
No expenditures from said fund shall be made without the approval of the Board of Trustees.
D. 
The Board of Trustees may enter into such agreements in connection with the expenditures from the Publicity Fund as may be deemed advisable by the Board to ensure that the expenditures are used for the purpose provided in this chapter.
