Owners, lessors and rental agents of all real estate, residences, apartments, stores and other structures in the Borough of Franklin Park leased, offered for lease or occupied by persons, partnerships, corporations and others than the owners thereof shall, within 30 days of the effective date of this chapter, supply to the Borough of Franklin Park Secretary lists of the names and addresses of all current lessees and occupants of real estate, residences, apartments, stores and other structures of which they are the owners, lessors or rental agents and shall thereafter supply to the Borough Secretary, in writing, the names and addresses of all new lessees or occupants of such premises within 30 days of such lease or occupancy.
The Borough Secretary shall supply the names and addresses of all lessees and occupants of real estate obtained by him hereunder, or by any other means, to all other officials and departments of the Borough requesting the same for the proper performance of their duties.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, upon being found liable therefor in a civil enforcement proceeding commenced by the Borough, shall pay a judgment of not less than $100 nor more than $600 plus costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the Borough. A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof in which a violation of this chapter is found to exist and for each section of this chapter found to have been violated. The Borough may also commence appropriate actions in equity or other to prevent, restrain, correct, enjoin or abate violations of this chapter. All penalties collected for violations of this chapter shall be paid to the Borough Treasurer.
