No animals other than household pets shall be kept or permitted to remain on any premises or in any area of the Borough of Middletown,[1] nor shall any structures be erected or maintained for keeping three or more animals that are more than six months old. Severability is intended as to the varied applications and the several parts of this § 101-5.

Any person who shall knowingly violate or who shall, after notice, persist in violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to the penalties and all of the provisions set forth in § 101-3.3 of this chapter.
