For the purpose of this article, the terms used herein are defined as follows:
MONOPOLIZE
The use for an unreasonable period of time to the exclusion of others or to unreasonably restrict or obstruct the use of any public bulkhead, dock or landing owned or controlled by the Town of Southold.
PERSON
Includes an individual, copartnership, society, association, joint-stock company, club, corporation and any combination of individuals.
It shall be unlawful for any person to monopolize, to the exclusion of others, any public dock, public bulkhead or public landing place within the boundaries of said Town of Southold (excluding therefrom the territory within the limits of the Incorporated Village of Greenport).[1]
