No person shall conduct any game, entertainment, amusement or other
activity of any kind or description whatsoever on a Sunday that would disturb
the peace or quiet of the community. However, in no event shall this section
be deemed to restrict any permissible or otherwise lawful activity in any
village park or playground after the hour of 1:00 p.m. or such other times
as may be fixed, from time to time, by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
