All fees for services and permits provided by the Town, including
but not limited to building permits, fire safety inspections, Zoning
and Planning permits and dog licensing, identification and control,
shall be established by resolution of the Town Board at its annual
organization meeting or at such other time deemed appropriate by the
Board.
