Any other traffic regulations previously adopted by New Garden Township,
not inconsistent with this regulation, shall remain in full force and effect
and shall not be deemed repealed by the enactment of this chapter. Any such
traffic regulations, to the extent required, shall be considered ratified
and confirmed by the enactment of this chapter. The provisions of this chapter
shall not affect any suit or prosecution pending or to be instituted to enforce
any ordinances previously adopted by the Township. Any such ordinances which
are inconsistent with this chapter are hereby repealed wherever inconsistent
with this chapter.
