§ 110-1 Schedule of fees.

The fee schedule and regulations for the Nicholas J. Ross Auditorium shall be as follows:

§ 110-2 Security.

Each group shall provide and pay for a private detail Haverhill police officer if the Police Chief determines one is required. Each group shall also provide and pay for a private fire detail if the Fire Chief determines one is required. The Commissioner of Public Safety may waive the requirement for a police or fire detail.

§ 110-3 Advance notice for use required.

Request for use shall be made 30 days in advance.

§ 110-4 Posting of reservation schedule.

Schedule of reservations shall be posted.

§ 110-5 Smoking, alcoholic beverages and food prohibited.

Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages and food shall be prohibited in the Auditorium.
