No swimming, bathing or wading shall be allowed
in any body of water under the control and jurisdiction of the City
of Haverhill except for the Lake Saltonstall Recreation Area. No swimming,
bathing or wading shall be allowed at the Lake Saltonstall Recreation
Area unless there is a lifeguard on duty. Swimming shall be limited
to Haverhill residents only.

No domestic animal shall be allowed to enter
into the water of or onto the ice of a public water supply or tributary
to a public water supply under the control and jurisdiction of the
City of Haverhill.

The Park Commission shall establish rules and
regulations for the swimming area, including hours of operation and
parking limitations.
There shall be an annual fee of $10 per vehicle.

No person shall be on the ice at any time on
the following bodies of water under the control and jurisdiction of
the City of Haverhill: Kenoza Lake or Crystal Lake.

Any violation of this article shall be subject
to a fine of not more than $50.
