The following are prohibited activities at Tattersall Farm:
A. 
Operation or use of any motorized vehicles, equipment or similar devices, including but not limited to dirt bikes, scooters, mopeds, all-terrain vehicles (ATV) snowmobiles and motorized model aircraft.
B. 
Removal of, destruction or damage to, defacing, tampering, or vandalizing any signs, signposts, gates, buildings or other structures or personal property located on the Farm.
C. 
Removal of, destruction or damage to, defacing, tampering, harassing, agitating or vandalizing any wildlife, any wildlife nests, burrows, nesting boxes, or other wildlife habitat.
D. 
Removal or, destruction or damage to, defacing, tampering or vandalizing any plants, trees, flowers, shrubs or other vegetation or natural features.
E. 
Hunting of any type whatsoever on the premises or the carrying of or use of firearms, bows and arrows, slingshots, trapping gear or other similar devices.
F. 
Littering or discarding of trash or other debris.
G. 
To be on the Farm premises before or after the daily hours of public access.
H. 
Smoking of tobacco products or similar devices.
I. 
Throwing balls, frisbees or other recreational airborne missiles.

The following activities are permitted with written permission from the Trustees of the Tattersall Farm Charitable Foundation Trust:
A. 
Bringing any type of animals, including but not limited to dogs, cats and horses.
B. 
Making or building a fire.
C. 
Camping or constructing tents or other structures for temporary stay on property.
D. 
Entering into farmhouse or attached garage.
E. 
Consumption or possession of alcoholic beverage.
F. 
Flying kites.
