A.
There shall be designation of parking restrictions
for the purpose of street cleaning in the following areas:

B.
All streets so designated shall be posted with signs
indicated "No parking street sweeping" between certain designated
hours, 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. This article will cause alternate street
parking, the odd side of the street on odd days of the month and the
even side of the street on even days of the month, from 1:00 a.m.
Monday through 6:00 a.m. on Friday.
C.
Designation of route for parking restriction. Whenever
the Commissioner of Public Works shall deem street cleaning necessary
on any street other than those listed above, he shall have caused
announcement thereof by use of temporary no-parking signs 48 hours
prior to the actual cleaning. No driver shall stand or park any vehicle
on any streets or ways during the designated hours posted on the no-parking
signs. During these posted times, vehicles may be parked on only one
side of the designated street(s), the side to be determined, announced
and posted by the Superintendent of Highways.
In addition to any fine which may be imposed under this chapter for a violation of this article, vehicles found parked or standing in violation of this article may be removed in accordance with Article IX of this chapter.
