The normal workweek shall consist of 35 hours
for all administrative personnel and 40 hours for all other employees.
Overtime pay for administrative personnel shall be at straight time
up to 40 hours and at 1 1/2 normal salary after 40 hours of work per
week. Overtime for all other employees shall be at 1 1/2 normal salary
after 40 hours of work per week.
The hours of work shall be determined by each
department head for employees under his supervision, with the approval
of the Borough Administrator.
Attendance records for each employee shall be
maintained by department heads. These will include actual arrival
and departure times, emergency and sick leave, vacation periods and
any unauthorized absences.
