The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.

No person shall park or leave a vehicle on a highway, or public property within the Borough, so as to occupy more than one marked or designated parking space or stall.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§263-32), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule IA (§263-32.1), attached to and made a part of this chapter. Emergency personnel shall include firemen, first aid squad members and police officers, who must have valid stickers showing they are active members of said organizations. Prohibited parking areas shall be striped with yellow crosshatching.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II (§ 263-33) of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule III (§ 263-34) of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III, attached to and made part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV (§ 263-35) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
