A. 
Trucks over four tons gross weight are excluded from the streets or parts of street described in Schedule V (§ 263-36) except for pickup and delivery of materials on such streets; said Schedule V being attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
The following vehicles shall not be parked or stored overnight or longer on any residential district street, at any time of the year, without the prior approval of the Police Department. Such approval shall not be withheld for emergencies or, in the case of mobile homes or trailered boats, for occasional times. Approval shall not exceed three consecutive nights. In addition, mobile homes, trailered boats, house trailers and housing units shall not be connected to electric, gas, water or utility lines from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
(1) 
Commercial vehicles with a registered gross vehicle weight of more than 5,000 pounds.
(2) 
Any other truck, trailer or vehicle with a registered gross vehicle weight of more than 5,000 pounds.
(3) 
Motorboats, sailboats or other watercraft on trailers.
(4) 
Any unregistered vehicle.
(5) 
House trailers, housing units, mobile homes and self-propelled housing units.
(6) 
Collapsible housing units, whether assembled or disassembled.
(7) 
Animal conveyances, either trailer or self-propelled.
