A. 
The uses permitted in the Senior Citizens Residence Zone (R-SC) shall be housing especially designed and constructed for the use of senior citizens and their families. For the purpose of this section, this shall include families in which the head of the household or his or her spouse is a senior citizen, as well as single senior citizens. All uses permitted in the One-Family Residence Zone (R-10) shall also be permitted in the Senior Citizens Residence Zone (R-SC).
B. 
There shall be permitted in the Senior Citizens Residence Zone (R-SC) all necessary buildings and uses customarily incidental to the permitted use and necessary and appropriate for the benefit and well-being of the residences, including recreational and cultural facilities. The supplementary regulations applied to a One-Family Residence Zone (R-10) pursuant to § 275-35 of the Code of the Borough of Cresskill shall also be permitted in the Senior Citizens Residence Zone (R-SC).
