The Rent Leveling Board, heretofore created by ordinance, is continued with the functions, powers and duties prescribed by Chapter 294, Rent Control. The Council shall appoint the members of the Board, who shall serve without compensation for terms prescribed by law.
The Director of Community Development shall
assign staff as necessary to provide support to the Board.
