There is hereby created and established a Sewerage Authority for the
City of Long Branch, under the corporate name and title of "Long Branch Sewerage
Authority." The Long Branch Sewerage Authority shall have and exercise all
of the powers conferred by N.J.S.A. 40:14A-1 et seq.
There shall be five members of the authority appointed by resolution
of the Council for terms of five years commencing February 1 next following
their appointment.
The Long Branch Sewerage Authority shall have all of the powers and
duties and shall discharge the functions prescribed in and by N.J.S.A. 40:14A-1
et seq.
