It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate in public upon any property, private or public, within the City of Long Branch.
A violation of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I.

It is hereby declared a nuisance for any person(s) to drive, maintain or use a motor vehicle in any manner so as to:
A. 
Create or cause to be created a breach of the peace.
B. 
Create or cause to be created any disturbance or annoyance to comfort and repose of any persons.
C. 
Obstruct the free passage of other motor vehicles.
D. 
Interfere with the safety of pedestrians or other vehicles;
E. 
Engage in any course of conduct alarming to any reasonable person.
