In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-4(c), the Township Council shall
be designated as the redevelopment entity contemplated and provided for in
the aforesaid Redevelopment Law, as an agency or instrumentality of the Township
of Robbinsville, and shall be empowered and authorized to carry out all of
the powers and duties of a redevelopment entity under the provisions of the
Redevelopment Law.
