A.
The conduct
of those games of chance commonly known as "bingo" or "lotto" is hereby
authorized on the first day of the week commonly known as "Sunday,"
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-31.
B.
The conduct
of games of chance commonly known as "raffles" are hereby authorized
on the first day of the week commonly known as "Sunday," pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 5:8-58.

Applicants for licenses to conduct such games
of chance must comply in all other respects with all New Jersey State
Laws in regard to qualifications, applications, regulations and licensing
for all legalized games of chance licenses.

The Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
delegated the authority to approve the granting of raffle and bingo
licenses to be held in the Township of Robbinsville.
