Township of Washington, PA Chapter 100 Agricultural Security Area

[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Washington 12-5-1994 by Ord. No. 130. Amendments noted where applicable.]

§ 100-1 Establishment.

There is hereby established in Washington Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, a revised Agricultural Security Area comprising those lands shown on the map attached hereto and made a part of this article, which shall hereafter be referred to as the Washington Township Agricultural Security Area Map.[1]

§ 100-2 Lands subject to Agricultural Area Security Law.

From the effective date of this article, those lands comprising said Agricultural Security Area shall be subject to the provisions of the Agricultural Area Security Law, the Act of June 30, 1981, P.L. 128, No. 43, as amended.[1]
