Township of Upper Hanover, PA Article VI Fees and Expenses

§ 415-30 General.

A. Fees shall be established by the Township to defray drainage plan review, including the BMP operations and maintenance plan, and construction inspection costs incurred by the Township.

B. All fees shall be paid by the applicant at the time of drainage plan submission.

C. A review and inspection fee schedule shall be established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.

D. The Township shall periodically update the review and inspection fee schedule to ensure that review costs are adequately reimbursed.

§ 415-31 Expenses covered by fees.

The fees required by this chapter shall at a minimum cover:

A. The review of the drainage plan, including the BMP operations and maintenance plan, by the municipality;

B. A site inspection;

C. The inspection of required controls and improvements during construction;

D. The final inspection upon completion of the controls and improvements required in the plan;

E. Any additional work required to monitor and enforce any drainage plan approval provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure the completion of stipulated remedial actions; and

F. Administrative and clerical costs.
