A. 
For regulated activities specified in § 415-5A and B (activities requiring Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance approval), inspections shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
B. 
For all other regulated activities (§ 415-5C through H):
(1) 
The Township or its designee shall inspect all phases of the installation of the stormwater management facilities as deemed appropriate by the Township.
(2) 
During any stage of the work, if the Township or its designee determines that the stormwater management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved drainage plan, the Township shall revoke any existing building permits, zoning permits, or drainage plan approval and issue a cease and desist order until the deficiencies are corrected or a revised drainage plan is submitted and approved.
(3) 
A final inspection of all stormwater management facilities shall be conducted by the Township or its designee and to confirm compliance with the approved drainage plan prior to the issuance of any occupancy permit.
