It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, as defined in § 476 of the General Municipal Law, as amended or changed, upon obtaining the required license, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the Town of Irondequoit, subject to the provisions of this chapter, Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law, as amended or changed, and Article 19-B of the Executive Law, as amended or changed.
Any game of bingo conducted within the town pursuant to a license issued in accordance with this chapter and the applicable statutes may be operated by authorized organizations on the first day of the week, commonly known as "Sunday."
