Licenses — See Ch. 171.
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of window cleaning in the Village without having first obtained a license from the license officer as provided in this chapter and Chapter 171, Licenses, of this Code.

Fees for the license required by this chapter
shall be as set from time to time by resolution of the Village Board
of Trustees.[1]

Before the issuance of a license required by
this chapter by the license officer, he or she shall require satisfactory
proof that the applicant or his or her firm is insured against any
and all liability for any accident for injury to or death of one person
and for all liability arising from any one accident each in amounts
set from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees.[1]. In addition, the license officer shall require proof
that workmen's compensation has been obtained in those cases where
it is required.
