The provisions of Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law, as amended,
are incorporated by reference as if set forth in full herein.
It shall be lawful for any authorized organization to operate games
of chance within the City of Peekskill, New York, upon such organization obtaining
a license therefor in accordance with Article 9-A of the General Municipal
Law.
Pursuant to § 195 (Article 9-A) of the General Municipal Law,
games of chance shall not be conducted on the first day of the week, commonly
known and designated as "Sunday." In no event shall games of chance be conducted
on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
