[HISTORY: Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Peekskill 6-14-1971 by L.L. No. 1-1971 (Ch. 213 of the 1984 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The City of Peekskill is hereby authorized to conduct off-track pari-mutuel betting within the City of Peekskill, New York, and to request the New York State Racing and Wagering Board to approve the City of Peekskill as a participating municipality.
