Any person aggrieved by the granting or refusal
of any permit or by an order, decision or determination of a Code
Enforcement Officer or other administrative official charged with
the enforcement of this chapter may appeal to the Zoning Board of
Appeals within 30 days from the date of the determination appealed
from.
Notice of appeal shall be in writing and shall
be served together with the required fee upon a Code Enforcement Officer
or other administrative officer and upon the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Such notice of appeal shall specify the order, ruling, decision or
determination from which the appeal is taken, and if the appeal involves
the granting of a variance, such notice of appeal shall specify that
a variance is requested and the nature of the same. Any such appeal
shall be taken, heard and determined in accordance with the provisions
of state law and the rules and regulations of the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
