I, Nuisances and Animals at Large, adopted 2-26-1957 as Art. 4 of Ch. 6 of the Scarsdale Village Code, as amended; Art. II, Licensing Fee, adopted 9-11-1979 by L.L. No. 8-1979, as amended; and Art. III, Redemption Fees, adopted 7-16-1985 by L.L. No. 12-1985. Local Law No. 2-2010 stated that it would take effect 1-1-2011.
