The Board of Commissioners reaffirms the following principles:
A. 
All Township parks shall be available for the lawful use and enjoyment of all persons without regard for race, color, national origin, ancestry, handicap or disability, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation or place of residence.

B. 
Police may remove from any Township park any person who, upon the complaint of any individual and upon the police acknowledging probable cause, is violating any law, township ordinance, regulation or is otherwise disturbing the normal peaceful enjoyment of a Township park or the area surrounding such park.
C. 
The Board of Commissioners of Cheltenham Township reaffirms its long-established policy to make available all Township public facilities for the lawful use and enjoyment of all persons without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, handicap or disability, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation or place of residence.

A. 
The rules for the new Curtis Dog Park will be posted at all times at the entranceway to the dog park.
B. 
The rules and regulations for the dog park will be established by a resolution of the Board of Commissioners. Said rules and regulations may be amended from time to time by the Commissioners by resolution.
C. 
The dog park will be administered by the Parks and Recreation Department with the assistance of the Curtis Dog Park Committee.
D. 
The dog park rules and regulations will be enforced by the Cheltenham Township Police department and other Township departments as designated by the Township Manager.
