It shall be unlawful for any person to deface
or remove the stone monument or markers on the streets or alleys in
the Borough of Downingtown.

Any person violating the provisions of § 207-3 shall, on conviction thereof before the District Justice, be liable to a fine not exceeding $600 and costs of prosecution, for each offense, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 30 days.
