The Town Council of the Town of Georgetown hereby
adopts the current edition of the building codes as adopted by the
Sussex County Council as the buildings standards for construction
within the corporate limits of the Town of Georgetown for any public
works projects undertaken by the Town Council of the Town of Georgetown.
For purposes of this article, the term "public
works projects" shall mean any projects for the construction, reconstruction,
alteration or repair of any public building or public structure, the
cost of which will be paid with public funds.
