For the purposes of this chapter, the following
terms shall have the meanings indicated:
A place or establishment where articles that have outlived
their usefulness in their original form are bought and sold to be
used either in their original form or to be converted into a product
of a different kind by some manufacturing process.
Any person, firm or corporation who or which
establishes, operates, maintains or permits to be established, operated
or maintained a junkyard within the corporate limits of the Town of
Georgetown shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
