Any person, firm or corporation who deposits,
drains, pours, pumps or throws or causes or permits to be deposited,
drained, poured, pumped or thrown into or onto any of the streets,
lanes, alleys, sidewalks, public parks, ditches or underdrains owned
or maintained by the Town of Georgetown any slops, filth, unclean
water, trash, garbage, refuse or other foreign matter that is or may
be injurious to the health of the residents of the Town of Georgetown
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction therefore,
shall be fined not less than $25 and no more than $100, in addition
to the costs of prosecution.
For the purpose of this article each act of
depositing, draining dumping, pouring, pumping or throwing shall be
considered to be a separate offense.

A.
Unsolicited printed materials shall not be thrown, tossed or otherwise
placed upon streets, sidewalks, walkways, lawns, landscaped areas,
or any other location not specifically permitted by this section.
Unsolicited printed materials include free newspapers, flyers, printed
advertisements, coupons, or any other printed material not specifically
requested by a property owner or delivered via the United States Postal
Service or a private parcel delivery company.
B.
All unsolicited printed materials must be delivered by being placed
upon a doorstep or secured to an exterior door handle.
C.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to restrict or otherwise
regulate the delivery of packages, parcels, or solicited, requested,
and/or paid subscription newspapers, magazines, or other such printed
materials.
