Recreational vehicles — See Ch. 189.
A. 
Parking shall be prohibited on all highways in the Town of Milan from November 15 of any particular year to April 15 of the following year.
B. 
Any vehicle parked on a Town highway in violation of Subsection A shall be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

The purpose of this article is to regulate traffic and to promote vehicular safety under the statutory authority of Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1660(a)(1) by providing for the placement of stop or yield signs at specified highway intersections.
The intersections referenced on Schedule 188-A annexed hereto and incorporated herein are hereby designated stop intersections to be controlled by stop signs situated at such intersections. Stop signs shall be installed at said intersections.
The intersections referenced on Schedule 188-B annexed hereto and incorporated herein are hereby designated yield intersections to be controlled by the yield signs situated at such intersections. Yield signs shall be installed at said intersections.
Words used herein shall be as defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
Traffic infractions at the aforesaid stop and yield intersections shall be as set forth in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, and shall be punishable as set forth in said statute.
