GENERAL REFERENCES
Water and sewers — See Ch. 231.
There shall be a Utilities Department which shall be vested
with the care, control, operation, maintenance and management of all
the property, equipment and materials owned by, used with or pertaining
to the following:
The Utilities Department shall be solely responsible to the
Commissioner of Public Works of the City of Saratoga Springs.
All water rates, tapping fees and other income shall be credited
to the Utilities Department.
