A. 
Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of Article I of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, of this Code.
B. 
Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of Article II of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 for each violation. Nothing in this subsection shall be construed so as to limit or supersede in any way the lawful authority of the City of Saratoga Springs to maintain any claim or legal action or proceeding for damages to public property.
