No person shall park a vehicle on private property unless the owner of said property or other person in control or possession thereof shall have given consent to park thereon.

Every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this article or any supplement hereto shall be liable to a maximum penalty of a fine not exceeding $2,000 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days or by a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.

No person shall park on the public streets of the Borough of Haddon Heights between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., without first having obtained an overnight parking permit to allow for same.
The cost for an overnight parking permit shall be as set forth in § 213-1 of the Code of the Borough of Haddon Heights.
The penalties for any violation of the provisions of this article shall be as set forth in § 320-2.
